Reservations at The Cliff House and CCL Information
Welcome CCL Participant
The CCL package rate includes several amenities that most participants find beneficial. Booking links for each program are listed at the bottom of this page.
- Transportation to and from Colorado Springs airport (no need to rent a vehicle)
- Transportation to and from CCL daily
- Hot breakfast served daily from 6:30am to 10:30am
- Upgraded suite accommodations with larger work spaces and more square footage
- Overnight parking should you decide to fly into Denver and rent a car
Airport Shuttle
Transfers to and from the Colorado Springs Airport are included in the room rate. To arrange for an airport transfer, please include your flight carrier, flight number, and arrival/departure times in the comments area of the reservations page. Shuttle service is available from 7:00am to 11pm to accommodate arrivals between 7:30am and 11pm and departures between 8:45am and 11:00pm. Guests arriving or departing outside these times or guests flying into the Denver Airport will need to arrange alternate transportation at their expense.
Room Block Information
Rooms are blocked for check in on Sunday and check out on Friday. If you wish to speak someone regarding your reservation/special requests or to check availability for alternate arrival or departure dates, please contact the sales office at 719-785-2422 or via email at sales@thecliffhouse.com.
Room Rate
Room rate includes daily round trip transportation to the Center for Creative Leadership, airport transfers, and overnight parking. There is a $20.00/night amenity fee added to the room total for hotel services such as the fitness center, business center, turndown service, wireless internet, and up to two breakfast vouchers for breakfast served daily from 6:30am to 10:30am. Room rates and service fee do not include applicable tax.
48-Hour Cancellation
A credit card is required at the time of reservation to guarantee the room. There is no penalty for cancellations that occur prior to 48-hours of arrival. Should a cancellation become necessary within 48-hours of arrival, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the card on file.
Government Rate
Government rate ($92.00/night) is available. To be eligible for government rate, guests must present military orders or government identification at check in. Please note a request for government rate in comments area of the reservations page. Room rate will be adjusted accordingly after reservation is completed. For guests requesting the per diem rate, there is a separate $35/day charge coded to “government meals and incidentals”. This charge covers the costs for airport shuttle and transportation as described above.
