The Cliff House at Pikes Peak would like to welcome you to February’s wine study and tasting entitled “Heart Over Mind”.
With an emphasis on basic wine tasting and evaluation techniques, as well as an introduction to major wine regions and grape varietals of the world, the Cliff House endeavors to de-mystify wine and enhance the dining experience for attendees.
Our First-Ever Wine Seminar Includes:
- A wine study session with certified sommelier (and award-winning wine blogger) Eric Ewers.
- A professional wine tasting and evaluation comparing two wines.
- Personal take-home reference material.

This event will be held on Saturday, February 11th, at 4:00 PM, in The Cliff House's Red Mountain Bar and Grill.
