The Cliff House at Pikes Peak Offers Several Packages for Wedding Parties up to 150 guests.  Packages feature catering, facility fee, and sleeping rooms.  Smaller parties of 30 or less, please contact the sales department for alternatives to larger packages.

	Facility Fee Ranges from $500.00 to $1,200.00 depending on the time of the day and size of the sleeping room block.  Includes room rental, dance floor, wait staff, bar tender, set up, clean up, floor length ivory linens, place settings, white votive candles, and silver oil lamp table accents.
	Minimum Catering Requirement There is a $5,000 catering minimum for an evening wedding and $1,500.00 catering minimum for a daytime wedding.  Click here for a sample evening catering estimate based on 100 guests.  Catering minimums do not include tax, service fee, or alcohol.
	Sleeping Room Requirement Parties wishing to have a band or a DJ in the ballroom, must book at a minimum 10 sleeping rooms on the night of the function to avoid noise issues from other hotel guests.  Required room block is 6 Studio Rooms, 1 Junior Suite, 2 Deluxe Suites, and 1 Premier Celebrity Suite.  Additional rooms may be added above the minimum and will decrease the cost of the facility fee.  See pricing for Emerald and Marquise packages in PDF file located on the top left side.
